Alert citizens: Ration Card Special Camp today - 21st January - Don’t Miss it.

The Grievance Meeting for the Public Distribution System of ration Card items is being conducted in the 19 Zonal Offices of the Assistant Commissioners in Chennai Metro City from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM today (Saturday, 21st January).
The Department of the Cooperatives and Food Distribution of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has released this announcement!
The citizens can get the services such as the addition or deletion of names in the ration card, change of address, registration of mobile phone number or change of mobile phone number, and issue of new ration cards or replacement or duplicate ration cards!
An approval certificate is given to Senior Citizens and differently-abled citizens who cannot visit the ration shops personally!
There is always a usual rush of the crowd in the ration shops. As such, it would be a hardship for the senior citizens or differently-abled citizens to stand in long queues to get the ration items! Because of this, the above approval certificate is given to these citizens on behalf of the State Government of Tamil Nadu!
