Republic Day parade rehearsal commences in Chennai today (20th January)!

The rehearsal for the Republic Day parade commenced today (Friday, 20th January) at the Kamarajar Saalai, Chennai Metro City.
Indian Army, Navy and Air Force, and the Police and Firefighting personnel will be performing the rehearsal and the parade!
Republic Day is set to be celebrated with verve and enthusiasm all over India on 26th January.
It is a tradition for the Republic Day Celebrations to be performed near the Gandhi statue at Marina Beach in Chennai Metro City.
In this situation, penalty, the construction activities of the Chennai Metro Rail Project are in progress in this spot, this year, the celebrations are set to be performed near the Laborers’ Statue in Marina Beach!
With the above background, the rehearsals for the Republic Daye events are being performed today at Marina Beach Road in today morning (Friday, 20th January).
In this rehearsal, the Army, Air Force, Navy, Police and the Fioire-fighting Staff are participating!
Due to this rehearsal, traffic changes have been made on this road for 4 days on the 20th, 22nd, 24th, & 26th of January!
