Eat these soaked superfoods to boost your immunity levels!!

Our overall health would improve by making some small changes in the diet we consume!!

We can give the day a perfect nutritional start in the mornings. Not many of us would be aware of the fact that the deficiency of micronutrients could lead to serious health issues. It is true that the lack of iron, folate, vitamin B12 etc could result in anaemia issue in us.

When we have vitamin D deficiency, then we could get health issues like rickets, bone becoming softened in adults etc. iit is essential that we must eat tiny superfoods such as almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts etc that are superb sources of vitamin B, folates and vitamin E etc. 

Our well being would improve if we consume superfoods regularly. Instead of eating the superfoods as it is, eating them after soaking in water could provide us with tremendous health benefits.

The presence of phytic acids in the nuts could lead to some digestive based issues in us. Therefore, by soaking the nuts overnight in water and then consuming them in the morning would remove the phytic acids in the nuts.

It is believed that eating almonds soaked in water could relieve PCOS. We can also get bright and glowing skin. The cholesterol levels in us would get lowered by eating soaked almonds.
