Project New: Central Government: Rope Car linking Marina Beach and Besant Nagar in Chennai Metro City!

The Central Government has commenced the preparation of a detailed report for setting up a ‘Rope Car’ linking the famous Marina Beach and Besant Nagar Beach!
The central Government has planned the installation of Rope Car Services in 10 locations in 6 States throughout the country.
A maximum distance of 5 km ropeway will be installed in Maharashtra and the next will be in Chennai Metro City (Tamil Nadu) covering a distance of 4.6 km linking the famous Marina Beach and Besant Nagar.
The Central Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has initiated efforts for the preparation of a detailed feasibility report!
The various aspects of the project, including the geographical technology and also the impact on the environment, will be analyzed in depth for the installation of the Rope Car Services!
