Pongal special gift: Tokens to be distributed from tomorrow (3rd January)!

It is palled to distribute the tokens for receiving the Pongal Special Free Gift Pack announced by the State Government of Tamil Nadu from tomorrow (Tuesday, 3rd January)!
The gift pack given to all Family Ration Card (rice) holders includes a cash gift of Rs. 1000/-, 1 kg of raw rice, 1 kg of sugar, and sugarcane. This scheme is set to be inaugurated by the Tamil Nadu State Chief Minister M K Stalin on 9th January.
This Pongal special Free Gift Pack will also be given to the Sri Lankan Tamils in the Rehabilitation Centres.
Meanwhile, to ensure that the public citizen visits the ration shop in a free uncongested manner tokens are to be distributed which give the details of the time, date and the shop.
The cash Prize will be given in all the Fair Price Shops throughout Tamil Nadu from 9th June to 12th June. For family Ration card holders, it is given on 13th January.
