Sensational news regarding the Chennai Anna Centenary Library has come out now?

In the future, people would be able to meet and discuss the books plus they would be able to participate in various activities like painting, storytelling, movie appreciation etc at the famous Anna Centenary Library in Chennai. Sound`s incredible right!!
This superb library at Kotturpuram in Chennai would turn into a live hub and for that the TN govt has got plans now to organise Chennai Library Festival on the library campus between 6th and 8th of January 2023. There are more than 6lakhs books in this library and to attract more readers the library would begin lending the books.
The members of the library would be provided with remote access to the e-books and e-journals. In addition, i place would be made which is an e- platform for the civil services aspirants plus launch Book of the Month based on the demand and usage.
The Chennai Library Festival would have about 100 authors and literary persons. This was as per Mr. K. Elambahavath, director of public libraries. He added that there would be talks, book reviews, sessions on storytelling etc. The visitors would be attracted by the thematic corners and exhibitions on photos and paintings etc.
There would also be a display of new books that would be scheduled to be released at the Chennai Book Fair. The college students would be invited as they are active in the literary clubs for the event. It is noteworthy that all facilities such as amphitheatre, auditorium, conference hall and book release hall etc would be utilised.
