Delay in the Chennai Beach to Tambaram trains today in Chennai, passengers face issues

It is known that daily many passengers from the neighbouring places like Chengalpet , Kancheepuram etc come to Chennai in the suburban trains.
The fault in a high voltage wire present on the railway track has been the main reason for the delay in the suburban trains along the Beach to Tambaram route. The trains have been delayed for half hour and this has resulted in few issues for the passengers.
It must be noted that the passengers returning from the office and students from the schools / colleges etc were affected by the train delay. Getting to work on time was not possible as the suburban trains were stopped at many places.
