Procedure to link Aadhaar Card with Electricity Connection!

The Government has declared that it is mandatory to link your Aadhaar Card with the Electricity Connection Number!
Here is the procedure to Link the Aadhaar card with the electricity connection number:
- Aadhar Card has become one of the vital requirements in various services and other systems! It is being used for various services including opening a savings account in a bank, a voter`s ID card, and a Ration card.
- Now, it is being linked with the electricity power connection number as well!
- First, type `TANGEDCO` on the Laptop or Desktop computer with an internet connection.
- A new page will be displayed.
- Click the option `Link your service Connection with AADHAR.
- A page with certain important information will appear. Read this.
- On the same page, the option `Service Number Connection` will be asked!
- Register the right E B Connection Number. Press `Enter`.
- A new page will ask for the registered Mobile Number. Enter the cell phone number.
- Now, an OTP will be received. Register the same.
- (In case a mobile number had not been registered, go to the first page of the site and click the option `Billing Service` and go to `Mobile Number Registration` and fill in the same. There will be an option – `Owner or tenant`; Fill this. Press enter. Your number will get registered.)
- Once entering OTP, press `Enter` and on the new page, your data will be displayed. Answer some of the personal details asked for and fill up. Note that Aadhar Card details will be asked for. Now, fill in the Aadhar card details.
- Then, it will ask for `Declaration`. Click this and press `submit`.
- There will be a message `The details have been uploaded successfully.
- This information indicates that your Aadhar Card has been linked with your electricity connection number!
