Rather than focussing on what foods to eat during migraines, it is good to focus on the foods that can be eaten to avoid migraines isn`t it!!

Sometimes, a person might get severe throbbing pain on one side of his or her head and this is migraine. It is worth mentioning that migraines could be due to reasons like abnormal brain activity that affects the nerve signals temporarily, chemicals and blood vessels in the brain. Persons with migraine would show symptoms like nausea, vomiting, severe pain and extreme light sensitivity etc

Berries intake:
Rich in antioxidants, berries intake would help us to relieve sinus pressure. Therefore, we can eat any berries like strawberries or blueberries or raspberries or blackberries etc.

Avocados intake:
It is important to mention that avocados are rich in magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids. The riboflavin in this fruit is high and hence it can be eaten to avoid migraines.

Cantaloupe:
Insulin levels in non-diabetic persons would get stabilised by eating this fruit. It is a known fact that low sugar levels could trigger migraines etc and eating cantaloupe could avoid migraines.
