Tamil Nadu Weatherman: The heavy rain leaves Chennai and moves towards Cuddalore!

Due to the cyclonic format prevailing over the upper layers of atmosphere over Tamil Nadu, it has been raining persistently heavily in Chennai, Thiruvallur, and other districts adjacent!
However, the rains have subsided since yesterday night (Wednesday, 2nd November) and this morning (Wednesday, 3rd November), rain has STOPPED in several districts and schools started functioning as usual.
In this situation, Tamil Nadu Weatherman has sent a notification regarding the lates Weather conditions!
"It has not rained in Chennai Metro City since yesterday night! This will continue for the next few hours! Schools and Colleges will function as usual. As such, there would be no holiday announcements!
The heavy rain has now shifted from Chennai to Cuddalore areas. This is likely to drift further to Delta districts and southern Tamil Nadu districts As such, there are prospects for heavy rains in the districts of Virudhunagar, Ramanathapuram, Madurai, and Thoothukkudi!
This rain will persist for the next 2 days in the Delta Districts and the intrior districts of Tamil Nadu!
There are prospects of rains in a vry few places here and there in many districts including Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, However, there my not be heavy rains!"
The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed that there are strong prospects for heavy rains in 14 districts on Thursday (today, 3rd November)!

Prospects of rain tomorrow (Friday, 4th November)
There are strong prospects for heavy to very heavy rains tomorrow (Friday, 4th November) in a few places in the districts of Cuddalore, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagappattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Pudhukkottai, and Karaikkal!
There are prospects for heavy rain in 1 or 2 places in the districts of Villupuram, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Trichy, Sivagangai, Ramanathapuram, Thoothukkudi, Theni, and Thenkasi, and Pudhuchery.
