Greater Chennai Corporation: Emphasis on keeping 2 garbage bins in shops!

The administration of the Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has emphasized the need for keeping 2 separate garbage bins in shops!
In recent times, the citizens and the shop owners are being advised to segregate the garbage into 2 categories - bio-degradable and non-bio-degradable The Local Administrations have taken several initiatives for this purpose.
In this situation, GCC administrators have strongly emphasized the need to segregate the garbage into the 2 categories of bio-degradable and non-bio-degradable in 2 separate garbage bins in the 73186 shops in Chennai Metro City!
The Greater Chennai Corporation officials have informed that until now, 26242 shops have been segregating the garbage and giving it for removal. As such, GCC has strongly advised the remaining shops also to SEGREGATE THE GARBAGE INTO BIO-DEGRADABLE AND NON-BIO-DEGRADABLE AND HAND OVER!
