Relieving News: Orders issued for Full refund to be paid in case of dropping from college halfway!

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has ordered that a refund of the full fees paid by the students MUST be given in case the students drop out of college before 31st October!
A large number of students interested in pursuing graduate medical or engineering courses, apply to graduate Arts & Science Courses as well as a precautionary basis and join these courses as well!
However, if they manage to get a seat for admission in their preferred graduate courses in engineering or medicine, these students stop attending the Arts & Science College courses get transfer certificates and join the medical or engineering courses!
Similarly, there is a trend for the students who had already applied for high-ranking technical or medical Institutes such as IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) or reputed Medical Colleges to join initially in the Arts and Science colleges!
However, when these students get admission in pursuing the professional course, the concerned Arts & Sconce Colleges REFUSE TO ISSUE A TRANSFER CERTIFICATE! INSTEAD, THESE LEAVING STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FEES FOR ALL SEMESTERS OF THE COURSE! AS A FACT, THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN EXISTING FOR A VERY LONG TIME!
In this scenario, the University Grants Commission has ordered that IN CASE THE STUDENTS WHO HAD JOINED LEAVE THE INSTITUTE/COLLEGE BEFORE 31ST OCTOBER, FULL REFUND MUST BE PAID OF THE FEES PAID BY THEM WHILE JOINING THE COURSE!
Most of the students who appear to write the various entrance examinations such as JEE (Main), etc., prefer to join the Arts and Science Graduate courses as a precaution.
UGC has released this order keeping the welfare of the above students! University Grants Commission has ordered that the students who discontinue pursuing professional courses must be given the FULL REFUND and FURTHER, NO SEPARATE CHARGES MUST BE ASKED FOR CANCELLING THE ADMISSION!
UGC HAS FURTHER INFORMED THAT ALL HIGHER ACADEMIC INSTITUTES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY MUST FOLLOW THOSE ORDERS VERY STRICTLY!
