Job extended for 3000 teachers in Tamil Nadu Government Schools!

The Department of School Education of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has issued a Government Order (GO) extending the job period for 3000 teachers.
As there has been a substantial increase in the number of admission to Government Schools this academic year, the job for these teachers has been extended by 1 more year!
An ONLINE counselling session was conducted 3 months ago regarding the transfer to the preferred locations!
As per this counselling session, 3000 teachers joined duty in the additional places. The payment of the monthly salary had been stopped for this teacher over the last 2 months. The Finance Ministry had intimated that it would not be possible to disburse monthly salary for these new places without a proper Government Order!
In this scenario, the concerned Government Order for the Extension of the Teachers’ Jobs has been released on behalf of the State Government Department of School Education. Further, the Department of School Education has ordered that these teachers must be paid their monthly salary and all other related allowances!
