Work from Home - coming to a close by end-March?

Following the 2 waves of the raging coronavirus pandemic, various organisations had asked their employees to ‘work from home (WFH) over the last 2 years.
Especially all the organisations in the IT (Information Technology) sector had allowed all their employees to work from home!
As the extent of impact/spread of the coronavirus has perceptibly reduced in the country, information is now gathered that all the IT organisations would ask their employees to resume working from the office!
Foreign IT companies such as Google, Microsoft, etc., have asked their employees to resume work from the office!
In India, organisations including TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), Cognizant, HCL (Hindustan Computers Limited), and Infosys have planned to resumption working from the office on shifts on a rotation basis,
A new ‘Hybrid Work Code’ which permits the employee to work from Home on certain preferred days is set to be implemented shortly.
Further, the higher officials of the IT companies have already started working from the office!
HCL is following the Hybrid system for work.
Infosys has also planned to return to work from the office gradually.
As per this, a station is introduced where the employees MUST work from an office at least for 1 or 2 days in a week!
