Corona Vaccination for the children of age group 12-14 commences today (Wednesday, 16th March)!

The task of administering the corona vaccine for children of the age group 12-14 throughout the country is set to commence today (Wednesday, 16th March)!
This vaccination project is scheduled in 2 phases in the gap of 28 days
A target of administering the corona vaccine for around 21.21 Lakhs students has been set.
Similarly, administering Booster Dose for the citizens over 60 years of age also commences today (Wednesday, 16th March).
In this scenario, the guidelines for administering vaccination for the children of age group 12-14 has been released.
As per this guideline, the children need to be administered with the 2 doses of vaccine leaving a gap of 28 days.
The vaccination administrator MUST ensure that the child has indeed completed 12 years of age!
In case the child has not reached the age of 12, DO NOT ADMINISTER THE VACCINE!
Corbivax will be administered to the children of the age group 12-14.
It has been announced that the concerned citizens can register ONLINE and then get the vaccine administered on the scheduled day!
