Sensational!! The price of cooking gas cylinder at Rs 915.5 for the fourth successive month in TN

Who would have thought that the price of a cooking gas cylinder would remain the same for four consecutive months in the state of Tamil Nadu?
The price has remained at Rs 915.5 in Tamil Nadu and this has caught the attention of many. It must be taken into note that public sector companies like BPCL, HP and IOC have been supplying cooking gas cylinders of 14.2 kg to the houses and cooking gas cylinders of 19kg to various hotels and for commercial or business purposes etc. Depending on the price of crude oil, the prices of cooking gas cylinders would either increase or reduce.
In the state of Tamil Nadu, the cooking gas cylinder was sold for Rs 915.5 in the month of October in 2021. For the next 4 consecutive months till now, the price wasn’t increased. The price of the cooking gas cylinder in Delhi and in Maharashtra is Rs 899.50 and in West Bengal the price is Rs 926.
It is important to mention that in Tamil Nadu the commercial purpose cylinders were at Rs 2234.50 and in the month of January the price was reduced by Rs 103.50 and the cylinders were sold for Rs 2131. Yesterday, the cost of these cylinders came down by Rs 91 and these commercial purpose cylinders are now sold for Rs 2040. For all these days, the traders were worried regarding the price of commercial gas cylinders and now they are relieved due to reduction in the prices of the commercial purpose gas cylinders.
