We all want our skin to be free from wrinkles and do many things to get that.

Sometimes, we make certain mistakes unknowingly and these mistakes might create wrinkles etc in our skin thereby all our efforts would get wasted. If the wrinkles come after a certain age, then it is okay and normal because aging normally leads to wrinkles in us. Sometimes, we might get wrinkles when we are young and this is worrying. The youngsters lose their self confidence when they see wrinkles on their face etc. Factors like smoking, exposure to UV radiations, genes etc might lead to young age wrinkles.

It is important to get rid of these habits that might lead to wrinkles. The habits are

Rubbing eyes:

This is one important habit that we must avoid to have wrinkle free skin. Normally, after waking up we rub our eyes or during the course of the day also we might rub our eyes. The skin around the eyes gets pulled when we rub our eyes and this would break the collagen. The skin would lose its elasticity and would become saggy and wrinkly.

Ditching anti-ageing products:

There are some people who throw away the anti-ageing products after using them for some time thinking that these products are useless. The truth is that these anti-aging products have ingredients that could treat wrinkles, fine lines etc. It must be noted that we must select an anti-ageing product that would suit our skin type.

Sleeping on the stomach:

There are different sleeping positions available for us. Some prefer sleeping on their stomach. This would result in wrinkles. So, please try to avoid sleeping on the stomach. Truth is that by sleeping on the stomach the friction between face and pillow could lead to face marks which might turn into wrinkles.

Excessive chewing gum usage:

Many youngsters like chewing bubble gums etc. Chewing gums would burn calories, reduce nausea etc are known. What many of us would not know is that excessive gum chewing could lead to lines around the mouth.

Spending long time on screens:

Youngsters could get fine lines and wrinkles on their face when they spend too much time on mobile phones screens and on computers etc. It is worthy to mention that the blue light could destroy DNA and collagen on the skin especially around the eyes.
