Tamil Nadu Governor Address: Rs. 500 Crore Singaara Chennai Project!

The Legislative Assembly Session of the Tamil Nadu State Government commenced! Instead of the usual disc playing the state anthem ‘Thamizh Thhaai Vaazzthu’, the anthem was directly sung by the members of assembles!
The second session of the 16th Act commenced with the Governor’s address after greeting! Tamil Nadu State Governor’s address:
“I am proud indeed to address the Tamil Nadu L: legislative Assembly for the first time! I extend my whole-hearted greetings to the Tamil Nadu citizens for the New Year and Pongal!
The State Government of Tamil Nadu has been taking action on the welfare of the Sri Lankan Tamilians. Various schemes have been undertaken for the better lifeline of the Sri Lankan Tamils!
The Corona vaccination project has been taken up and executed in the best possible manner by the State of Tamil Nadu among the all India level.
The Various Welfare Schemes for the Minority Communities including the Muslims and Christians will continue to be implemented!
So far, 8.55 Crores citizens have been administered vaccines in the State of Tamil Nadu!
Presently, the task of administering the children with corona vaccines is in progress executed in an exemplary manner!
Also, the onset of the coronavirus variant Omicron has been detected in several states in India including Tamil Nadu!
Again, I am proud to record that the first test laboratory to detect Omicron variant of the coronavirus was established first in the State of Tamil Nadu!”
Continuing his address, the Tamil Nadu State Governor announced that the new Project, ‘Singara Chennai’ will be taken up and executed for Rs. 500 Crores.
