10 per cent passed in CA exams

The Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has seen 10 per cent of the examinees pass the test. The exam was held in May of this year. 27.02 per cent (37489 candidates) passed the Common Proficiency Test (Paper Pencil Mode).
‘ 27,556 candidates had appeared for the final exam, of them 2,764 emerged successful . Over 6,315 candidates passed group-I and 9,389 candidates cleared group-II. The top three rank holders were from Mumbai and Jaipur’, said an official press release.
