2 more new corona vaccines approved by the Central Government Department of Health!

The Department of Health of the Central Government has approved the usage of 2 new coronavirus vaccines – Covovax and Carpevax.
Further, approval has also been given to another new anti-virus medicine - Molnupravir.
The new variant of the coronavirus pandemic, Omicron has started spreading fast and wide in India!
Subsequently, the Central Government has been initiating preventive action to protect the public.
As the extent of spread/impact of the Omicron variant has been more intense in the Southern States, the state governments have commenced imposing lockdown restrictions and curfew at night. At the same time, taking due care for the protection of the citizens who already had the double dose of vaccination, permission has been given gradually to administer the ‘Booster Dose’ for those who already had double dose vaccination.
In this scenario, Central Health Minister Manushk Mandavya has announced new important information! He has informed that the Central Government has approved 2 more new vaccines – Carpevax and Covovax.
The Health Minister has ordered that these vaccines may be used only during an emergency.
Carpevax is manufactured by the Hyderabad Company Biological-E. This vaccine belongs to the genre of RPT Protein and is manufactured indigenously in India.
The Health Minister took pride to announce that this is the third vaccine to be indigenously made in India after Covishield and Covaccine.
Apart from this, another antivirus medicine – Molnupravir – belongs to 13 medical companies in India!
