Shocking News!! 15% increase now in the number of daily COVID cases in Chennai

The third Coronavirus infection wave is fast approaching now!!
It is learnt that in Chennai that the number of fresh or new Covid-19 cases increased by nearly 15% on Tuesday. The total number of Coronavirus cases increased to 1591 yesterday in the state of Tamil Nadu. From 185 new or fresh cases reported on Monday, the number went to 212 yesterday in Chennai city. It has been confirmed by some health officials that this rise in the fresh cases was not due to any clusters. In Coimbatore, there were as many as 201fresh cases and Erode had 128 fresh Coronavirus cases. Information is that the overall TPR remained at 1% and in Chennai TPR was 0.9%.
The district of Thanjavur had the highest TPR of 2.7% and there are now as many as 2637010 Coronavirus cases in Tamil Nadu. As on Tuesday, 16549 cases were active. With 222197 cases, the district of Coimbatore has got the most number of active cases now in the entire TN.
It must be taken into note that as many as 35217 persons have passed away after getting infected with Covid-19 in the state of Tamil Nadu. The total number of persons who have recovered was 1537 in Tamil Nadu.
