Change of dates announced for Engineering Course admission couselling!

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced that the counselling for admission to engineering courses are now scheduled to commence on 17th September.
This is a change from the originally announced date.
AICTE has further announced that the counselling for the students who studied in government high schools will be conducted as a special section.
Meanwhile, the random numbers for the applicants for engineering courses (B E & B Tech) were released on 25th August.
The State Government Department of Higher Education had announced earlier that the merit list for the candidates for engineering courses will be released on 4th September. Now, it has been announced that this will be released on 14th September.
In this situation, it has been further announced that the counselling of the 7.5%, government quota will be conducted from 17th September to 24th September.
The special counselling for the students in the care of differently-abled and sports section will also be conducted on the above dates (17th to 24th September).
The counselling for the students under the industrial education sector will be conducted from 24th September to 5th October.
The counselling for the general cadre will be conducted from 24th September to 17th October.
Supplementary counselling is scheduled to be conducted from 19th October to 23rd October and the counselling for the candidates from SC/St cadre will be conducted on 24th & 25th October. With this, the counselling will get concluded.
