World’s largest festival of 10 minute plays

The Alliance Francaise of Madras in association with Prakriti Foundation and The Blu Lotus Company is presenting Short + Sweet Theatre, the world’s largest festival of 10 minute plays. Each play lasts for ten minutes and the duration of the entire evening is 120 minutes.
Plays that will be staged are Enter Mac, DS directed by Ajit Chitturi, The Particle Collider directed by Vasudev Menon, 1-800 directed by N. Rishi, The Voice Behind the Face directed by Akhila Ramnarayanan, The Peach directed by Tanvi Patel, The Third Person directed by Amit Singh, The Towel directed by Vivek Rajgopal, The Lilac Ticket directed by Vaishnavi Sundar, The Connection directed by Roshan Mathew and Pillow Talk directed by Sunanda Raghunathan.
Shows will be held at 7.00 pm on the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of July at the Alliance Francaise on College Road. Tickets are available for Rs. 150 each. For more information, visit
