Permission from GCC NOT Required FOR SETTING UP CORONA CARE CENTRES!

Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has announced that the private hospitals/hospitality centres (hotels/restaurants, etc.) can set up Corona Care Centres in Chennai Metro City!
GCC has further informed that it is just sufficient to keep GCC informed about setting up corona care centres and prior permission IS NOT REQUIRED!
GCC has explained it is just sufficient to keep the Greater Chennai Corporation informed through Email on setting up a Corona Care Centre!
With the shooting increasing trend of infected citizens throughout the country each passing day, the number of citizens infected in Chennai Metro City has been increasing alarmingly as well!
As such, apart from the government hospitals, private hospitals, several educational institutions (schools and colleges), and Social Halls are being converted into corona care centres!
In this situation, even as the extent of impact/spread of infection shooting up, it has been announced that private hospitals/hospitality centres (hotels/restaurants, etc.) can set up Corona Care Centres in Chennai Metro City and that no prior permission is required from the Greater Chennai Corporation!
