Indian Railways officials: Prospects of resuming normal train service in 2 months!

Information is gathered that there are strong prospects for the resumption of normal train services win the next 2 months.
With the raging coronavirus pandemic spreading rapidly across the country, the lockdown was imposed throughout the country from March 2020 as a preventive measure against the spread! As such, the train services were also closed. Subsequently, from May 2020, the train services were resumed gradually, 100s of special trains were operated to facilitate public travel!
In the present scenario, only 66% of the normal full railway service is being operated. Information is now gathered that there are strong prospects of the fully normal resumption of all train services in the next 2 months.
However, THE RAILWAY OFFICIALS FURTHER INFORMED THAT THE ABOVE PROSPECTS ALSO DEPEND ON THE APPROVAL OF THE RESPECTIVE STATE GOVERNMENTS AND THE PREVAILING STATUS OF THE EXTENT/IMPACT OF THE RESURGENT RAGING CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC!
