At each stall, there are facemasks plus hand sanitizers etc. He hinted about how the officials have been consulted for free vaccination for the vendors.
The vendors are now having huge fears about another Covid-19 outbreak here due to the careless attitude of the visitors. This might lead to the closure of this KWMC once again just like how it was shot down about 10 months back to contain the spread of Covid-19 infection. This was mentioned by a vendor. Mr. Sukumaran later assured that the Covid-19 outbreak would not happen again in the market due to stringent measures in place.
