To build-up body weight!

Here are the suggestions for those who are ‘bone-thin’ and desirous of building the body-weight up:

Note - Follow these strictly at least for 21 days!

  •  Every day, early morning, take 5 almonds (soaked in water for some time and skin peeled) before commencing physical work-out.
  •  Get into the habit of drinking water at regular intervals! Ensure you drink a minimum of 1.5 litres of water each day!
  •  Apart from pieces of different cut fruits, take some sprouted pulses (of different kinds each day), a few cashew-nut pieces, grape-juice-mixed with sugar daily – you will be amazed at the result!
  •  For daily breakfast, take 3 idlis, banana milkshake (without sugar), Upma made of rava or semia (Vermicelli) and pineapple juice without sugar!
  •  Before lunch, take any of - a handful of dry fruits or a cup of curd, or steamed corn, or a small quantity of cheese.
  •  For Lunch:  take 3 ladles of cooked rice, sambar, a small cup of curd, a small quantity of potato fried in less amount of oil.
  •  For evening snacks: take any one of - sweet bread, milk, fruit salad
  •  Before Dinner: take the vegetable soup. For dinner, take 4 chapatis, vegetable kuruma, curd or 3 ‘Aappams’ with kuruma made with the lesser quantum of coconut
  •  Avoid taking non-vegetarian items during dinner!
