Southern Railway has changed the names of two trains departing to the same destination within a gap of 15minutes. The name was creating confusion among passengers.
No 06181/06182 Chennai Egmore - Sengottai Express has been renamed as Chennai Egmore-Karaikudi-Sengottai Express.
No 06182 Sengottai - Chennai Egmore Express is renamed as Sengottai - Karaikkudi - Chennai Egmore Express.
No 02661 Chennai Egmore - Sengottai Express is renamed as Chennai Egmore - Madurai - Sengottai Express.
