This is regarding the shorter procedure for carrying out corrections in the voters` list 2021.
Appeal to voters: In case left out, please ensure the inclusion of your name in the final voters` list!
Dates when special camps are scheduled to be conducted
- 21.11.2020, 22.11.2020 Saturday & Sunday
- 12.12.2020, 13.12.2020 Saturday & Sunday

Form 6 - Addition of new names
Form 7 - Deletion of names
Form 8 - Removal from the registration/record
Form 8 A - Correction to be done in the same constituency
Documents required for registration of the name in the Voters’ List
Any one of the following
- Age proof
- Birth Certificate
- School Transfer Certificate
- Mark-sheet |Certificate
Copy of any one of the following
- Family Ration Card
- Aadhar Card
- Driving Licence
- D card
The above forms can be taken from the special camps scheduled to be conducted at the polling booths, fie and submitted.
