Low-pressure zone formed over the Bay of Bengal!

The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed that a new low-pressure zone has formed over the central Bay of Bengal.
In a notification released by the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre in this regard, it is mentioned that a new low-pressure zone has developed over the central Bay of Bengal. Due to this, there are prospects for heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Telangana, and Odisha.
It has been raining quite heavily in the districts of Thiruvallur, Dharmapuri, Salem and Virudhunagar. There had been widespread rains in several places in Chennai Metro City as well!
The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has further informed that the above-mentioned low-pressure zone intensify further to develop into a strong depression zone. Due to this, there are prospects for heavy rains in the southern states!
