In TN, more than 90% parents want the schools to be reopened soon

The school students and their parents in TN are now in a confused state regarding the re-opening of the schools.
The schools have been closed from March due to the threat of Covid-19 infection and online classes have been going on now. Many students and their parents find these online classes difficult.
The news that has come out now is more than 90% of the parents want the schools to be reopened soon. The private school management had collected feedback from the parents regarding their willingness about sending their kids to the schools.
Important information is that the senior officials have warned that strict action would be taken in the schools if they reopened before TN state government takes decision about reopening schools.
Getting approval from the state government is very important for reopening of the schools. Shocking truth is that many private school managements have declared their own schedule to reopen their schools without getting a nod from the government. These private schools later have asked their teachers to collect the feedback of the parents regarding reopening of the schools.
It was brought out by Mr. Nandhakumar, general secretary of TN Nursery, Primary, Matriculation, Higher Secondary and CBSE Schools Association that more than 90% of the parents want the schools to reopen soon.
He added that most of the parents were willing to send their kids to the schools if proper precautionary measures were taken for the student`s safety. He concluded that many states in India have reopened the schools and TN must also follow these states.
