New Law approved by the Governor implemented in Tamil Nadu! Public - Be on guard and avoid punishment!

The Governor of Tami Nadu, Banwarilal Purohit has approved an emergency law on individuals and concerns which violate the guidelines set by the government regarding prevention of the raging coronavirus pandemic.
Subsequently, the Government Order regarding this new Law has been published in the state journal.
Accordingly, a penalty of Rs. 500 will be levied on persons who violate the Isolation Order and Rs. 500 will be levied on those who do not wear face masks.
Further, a penalty of Rs. 500 will be levied on those who spit in public places and those who do not maintain social distancing, In case the gyms and trade centres, violate the guidelines, a penalty of up to Rs. 5000 will be levied.
Those who violate the guidelines in the Containment Zones will be levied a penalty of Rs. 500 and in case of Trade Centres and the vehicles who violate, the penalty of Rs. 5000 will be levied.
The Tamil Nadu State Government Health Department officials have informed that the New Emergency Law on those who violate the coronavirus guidelines has been effective since yesterday (Wednesday, 9th September).
In this situation, the Secretary of the Health Department of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has sent a circular to all the District Collectors regarding the implementation of the above Law and the penalties. Accordingly, Health and the Health Inspector in the local administration, Sub-inspectors in the Police Department, and the Revenue Inspector from the Revenue Department is authorized to levy penalties.
The Health Department officials reconfirmed that the new emergency Law is effective from yesterday (9th September) and the fines will be levied as per the new Rules.
The Public, if they are alert and aware of the guidelines regarding coronavirus spread and follow them strictly, the public can escape from paying these penalties!
