Government order released to commence mobile Fair Price Shops!

A State Government of Tamil Nadu Order has been released to open 3501 Mobile Fair Price Shops.
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, E. Palaniswamy, had announced in the Legislative Assembly that proposal to set up and operate 3501 Mobile Fair Price Shops at a cost of Rs. 9.66 Crores - with the main objective of providing essential items for the public near their residences,
Accordingly, the Registrar of the Cooperative Society Unions has been given the authority to commence the Mobile Fair Price Shops.
Subsequently, the Registrar of the Cooperative Unions has requested seeking cooperation to function effectively jointly with the District Collector, to provide special attention to this scheme, Chennai Zonal Additional Registrar, and all the Joint Registrars of the Cooperative Unions.
