- Betadine for mouthwash and gargle twice daily.
- Tab. Vitamin C twice daily.
- Tab. Vitamin D3 1000 (IU) once daily.
- Tab. B Complex twice daily.
- Steam inhalation twice daily.
- Check for vitals and oxygen with oximetry.
- Drink plenty of warm water.
- Breathing exercises.
- Arogya Setu App.
- Use Mask and Sanitizer.
- Please report to the hospital if have fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing.
- Follow social distancing of 6 meters.
