Sometimes, many of us eat a combination of foods as per our taste. Though it might sound odd for others, we might not bother about it as long as we love those food combinations. It is important to note that whatever we eat would affect us in some way or the other. Truth is without knowing that certain food combinations could lead to issues in us we consume them.

There are few food combinations that we must avoid eating for our health to be good. These are

Avoid fruit and yogurt combo:
Fact is the combination of fruit and yogurt is considered as unhealthy for us. It must be noted that the bacteria present in the yogurt acts as a natural sugar that is present in the fruits that leads to toxins, allergies and cold. Our digestion would get affected by the acids in the fruits and this could happen when it mixes with the protein of yogurt. It could lead to allergies too.

Avoid cheese and beans combo:
If a person consumes this combination then he or she might get bloating, gas and other digestive based issues.  Those with weak digestive systems must avoid this combination totally.

Avoid tomatoes and cucumbers combo:
Many dishes and salads contain this combination. It is believed that this combination could hamper the biochemical pathways of our body.

Avoid water and food combo:
Most of us drink water between the foods without knowing the truth that water could dilute our stomach acids. It is known that these acids play a huge role in the digestion and in breaking down of nutrients.  

Avoid banana and milk combo:
This is also a quite commonly consumed combination by us. The issue associated with this combination is it could lead to heaviness in us. We might feel lethargic.
