Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Hyundai car manufacturing Company near the Chennai Metro City is to remain closed!
Even as the coronavirus is spreading wide and fast throughout India, as a prevention measure, major industries are closed down. This has started happening in the state of Tamil Nadu as well!
The world-famous Hyundai Car manufacturing Company is located in Irungattukkotai near the Chennai Metro City.
An announcement has been released today (Monday, 23rd March) that this company is being closed from today. The announcement mentions:
Hyundai Motors India is a responsible organization. It bestows the maximum care for its employees, customers, shareholders, and society, especially their health, safety, and physical well-being and has ensured this on every occasion.
With due consideration to this aspect of care for associated, as a preventive activity against the rapidly spreading coronavirus. All the production/manufacturing activities in the Chennai manufacturing plant are being stopped till further orders.
We will wait for the State Government’s Orders to restart.
Further, it has also been announced that the free services for the buyers with a warranty would be extended by an additional 2 months!
