Holiday declared due to rains for schools in 4 districts!

A holiday has been declared today (Tuesday, 3rd December) due to the incessant heavy rains for all schools in the 4 districts of Ariyalur, Trichy, Thiruvarur, and Pudhukkottai.
There have been widespread rains in Tamil Nadu over the last few days. There has been a heavy downpour in the Western Ghat mountain range.
Traffic was heavily affected in major cities as the roads were flooded and with water stagnation.
As it has been raining heavily since midnight in the districts of Ariyalur and Trichy, a holiday has been declared today for the schools here as well as the districts of Thiruvarur and Pudhukkottai.
