Ungal Illam- 2019- a home loan fair by LICHFL commences today (16th November)

An exhibition-cum-trade event, ‘Ungal Illam - 2019’ is being organised by the LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL) at Chennai Egmore for 2 days, 16th and 17th November (today and tomorrow).
LICHFL has been organising the house and housing finance exhibition over the last 21 years. ‘Ungal Illam - 2019’ will be the 22nd exhibition-cum-trade event.
The fair is at Chennai Egmore Raja Muthiah Hall for 2 days from today. Admission is free for this fair from 10.00 AM to 8,00 PM.
In this exhibition, stalls are being set up and displayed by over 30 construction agencies.
A special squad to promote and execute the Prime Minister’s Housing Loan Subsidy Scheme will be participating in this exhibition. Comprehensive arrangements have been made to select a house to buy and get the loan facility for the same immediately.
Loan facilities are available for not only new construction but for constructing a house on a plot procured and also renovation of the old house.
An Art Competition is being held in this exhibition for the children in this fair.
Prizes for those coming in yellow and blue dresses and cultural/arts programmes, etc., are also being organised.
Siddhartha Mohanty, the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of LICHFL is inaugurating this fair.
