To prevent cancer, you must do these changes in your diet

The cost of cancer treatment is very high and the treatment for cancer is not an easy one. Hence it is important that people must take proper care of themselves to be free from cancer. It must be noted that a person could get cancer due to many factors like genetics, environment, diet etc.  By making some improvements in our diet we could avoid the risk of getting cancer.

Various diet based changes we have to make to be free from cancer are

By avoiding cheese a macroni:
Not many of us known that phthalates are used in manufacture of macroni and they are found in cheese powders also. The important information is phthalates are endocrine disruptors and they could cause infertility and breast cancer.

Say no to processed foods:
It is known that processed foods are rich in additives and preservatives. It has been shown by a study that these processed foods tempt us and make us to eat more. This could lead to obesity issues. Excess intake of processed foods could lead to cancer in us.

Restrict high fat diet:
The chances of getting breast cancer are more when we consume diet rich in high fat. It is necessary that we must limit our daily intake to 10%.

Limiting salt intake:
This is also one important diet based change we must follow to be free from caner issue. It is said that we must keep our salt intake below 5 g per day. By this, stomach cancer could be avoided in us.

Limiting foods rich in sugar content:
Pancreatic cancer could also be due more intake of starch. It is revealed that excess insulin could promote pancreatic cancer. So be careful.

Increase consumption of green tea:
Killing of cancer cells and stopping their progression could be carried out by the polyphenols in the green tea. Studies have shown that breast cancer spreads least in those women who drank more green tea.

More fibres intake:
Intestinal as well as colon cancers could be avoided in us by consuming diet rich in fibre content. Foods like whole grain cereals, legumes etc would be good as they have rich fibres in them.

Increasing vitamin D consumption:
Studies have proved that those women who have low vitamin D in them are more prone to breast cancer. To stop breast cancer cells from growing and to control normal breast cell growth it is important to consume more vitamin D.
