Varalakshmi vratham is observed on the second Friday during the month of Shravana Shukla Paksha. It is believed that devotees those who worshipping Goddess Varalakshmi on this day, they will get the equivalent benefits of worshipping the eight goddesses of wealth, Earth, Learing, Love, Fame, Peace, Pleasure and strength which is known as Ashtalakshmi.

‘Varalakkshmi Viratham’, this is considered as an extremely sacred occasion when the married women and the unmarried as well, worship and pray the Goddess Lakshmi, the Consort of Lord Vishnu!
By offering prayers to Goddess Lakshmi, observing a strict religious code in life on this sacred day with a pure heart and body, the women will be blessed with a healthy and prosperous life.
