Passengers face hardships due to frequent cancellation of night train services in the Chennai Beach-Tambaram route

Due to the frequent cancellation of train services during nights in the section Chennai Beach to Tambaram, the passengers are put to great hardship. So far, no remedial actions seem to have been taken.
Chennai Beach-Tambaram is one of the most crucial facilities in the city for public travel. Lakhs of passengers use it every day. Still, under the guise of maintenance work, the night train services are cancelled quite frequently. Further, as no remedial actions have been taken, the public is put to great hardships and are in extreme disappointment.
At least, the services can be partially maintained by arranging additional bus services from Chennai Central and Egmore stations to Tambaram.
Some passengers hared that most of the suburban residents working in the city depend entirely on this electric train services. Los of passengers needs to travel back home in the nights after finishing their duties. However, night service trains are being cancelled quite frequently. No remedial actions are being taken. They can instruct and organise at least to run more buses during the night. At least now, it is time for the railways to take some immediate action in this regard!
