Bleeding from the ears might be due to these reasons

Just like our pair of eyes that are highly important for us, the pair of ears present are very important for us. These ears help us in hearing the sounds around us plus in communication with others.

Due to hematoma:
This could be another reason for the ear bleeding in us. Sometimes due to an injury or due to a surgery, blood capillaries break inside the ears. It is said that hematoma is localised bleeding from outside blood vessels.
Due to ear infections:
In any part of our ear, that is outer, middle, inner ear, inflammation plus bleeding could happen. The truth is this bleeding due to ear infections is normally less severe than other reasons. If it subsides in a day or in 2 days then there is no need for medical attention also.
Due to cleaning of ears:
Many of us have the habit of cleaning our ears using buds or by using any sharp tool etc. This could lead to an injury in the outer ear and bleeding takes place. Proper care must be taken in avoiding using sharp tools for cleaning the ears and cleaning ears aggressively must be avoided.
Due to barotrauma:
Change in the air pressure and pressure of the gases could create physical damage to the body tissue. Since the air pressure in the body directly affects the ears, it might cause bleeding from the ears. Persons travelling by flights frequently could have this issue of barotrauma.
