March Salary for government employees delayed

Due to some important reasons such as the financial year accounts closure for the banks on 31st March, weekend holidays, etc., the disbursement of March salary for the government employees has got delayed and it is gathered from reliable sources the reliable sources that the march salary is likely to be paid on 4th April (Thursday).
Normally, the monthly salary for the government employees and teachers is disbursed during each month end 30th or 31st.
However, March being the last month of the financial year and also the accounts closure period for the banks, the salary for March is yet to be disbursed for the state government employees and teachers.
The reliable government sources shared in this regard: The end of March this year occurred on Saturday and Sunday. Further, due to the intense accounts closure operation on Monday, 1st April, the financial transactions could not be carried out in the banks. In this situation, the financial transactions were resumed from Tuesday, 2nd April. Subsequently, it is expected that the March salary for the government employees and teachers would get credited from 4th April.
