This fridge chill food without fans or electricity

A company Fenik in the USA has introduced a new refrigerator (fridge) that keeps fruits, vegetables, and food items safe without needing electric power!
This refrigerator, named Yuma 60L, functions based on the scientific theory of cooling by vapourisation.
Once the gap in the 4 walls of the refrigerator is filled with water, this water gest vapourised due to the external heat. So, the heat inside the refrigerator is absorbed and taken out. As a result, the inside of the refrigerator gets cool to the extent of 35 Degrees Fahrenheit.
In the present refrigerators working on electric power, the humidity inside will be very less. Because of this, fruits like tomato, banana, and green chili get contracted and lose their original shape and flavour.
