Airtel and Vodafone revises 199 plan for additional data

The telecom giants of India, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone has revised their 199 recharge plans with additional data option for prepaid customers. Both Airtel and Vodafone offers 42 GB of data valid for 28 days. Earlier it was 39.2 GBs of data with the prepaid plans. An increase of 100 MB data per day with no additional plan changes are the keys of revised Rs 199 plan for both the companies.
Vodafone and Idea Cellular has joined hands for competing with the major player, Reliance Jio that changed the entire telecommunication face of the country after 2016.
Airtel 199 recharge plan offer 42 GB data with daily limit of 1.5 GB for a validity of 28 days. Unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day are the other benefits of the plan.
Vodafone Rs. 199 plan offers 42 GB data with data limit of 1.5 GB per day valid for 28 days. This plan also includes 100 SMS per day and unlimited calling along with other benefits. Reliance Jio Rs. 149 prepaid offer gives the same data plan valid for 28 days with 100 SMS per day.
