You can serve the omelette all alone or use it as side dish for Sambar rice, vegetable rice, rasam sadham, etc. you can also make an instant breakfast by sandwiching this between bread slices. You may add any chutney like Mint or Corriander Chutney to the bread slices and place the omelette in between to have a protein rich meal. Furthermore, it can also be a good compliment for chapathi. For this, take a nice rounded chapathi. Place an omelette inside. Roll the two together. Add tomato sauce if need, for taste. This can be a very tasty lunch box recipe to enjoy - both for elders as well as children.
