It is important to note that these solar power plants projects were executed under zero capital investment by CMRL and were based on RESCO model under Solar Energy Corporation of India or SECI. Some time back solar power plants were installed at the popular Koyambedu metro station and depot. One important point is the installed capacity of CMRL’s rooftop solar power is 3MW in total.
