Petrol and diesel price decreased

Petrol price was decreased by 9 paise per litre and diesel price down by 5 paise per litre with effect from 6 am, Aug 13.
Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
After the price revision, a litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 80.14 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 72.59 per litre.
