Details of eligibility to participate in the medical counselling

The Medical Course selection committee has given the details of who all can participate in the administration quota for the candidates belonging to the minority cadre.
The counselling for the administration quota in the private medical colleges for the MBBS/BDS courses is scheduled to be conducted 30th and 31st July.
In this situation, an announcement has been made regarding the participation of the minority cadre candidates participating in the administration quota.
In this regard, as per the announcement made by the Secretary of the Medical Courses Admission Committee, Selvarajan, the counselling for the candidates belonging to the most backward cadre (MBC in the Islamic community), Aadi Dravidas and Ancient Tribes will be conducted on 30th July.
Subsequently, the counselling for the candidates who secured the ranks from 1 to 2519 in the merit/rank list will be conducted on 31st July.
For the counselling intended for the minority community (colleges), the students with Telugu/Malayalam as their mother-tongue and passed NEET can participate.
However, candidates other than who secured the ranks from 2520 to 18915 need not participate.
The counselling for the administration quota in the Vellore Christian Medical College will be conducted in the afternoon.
