One of the managing directors of this Mambalam Iyer’s, Mr. Anandhakrishnan expressed his thoughts. He spoke about how in this fast paced world there is no time available for cooking and consuming healthy nutritious foods. He later explained why this Mambalam Iyer’s was started.
According to Mr. Anandhakrishnan, this Mambalam Iyer’s was initially started as a small brand and sold idly flour or maavu made at home. This was mainly done to help the working women plus bachelors who needed easier and healthier options. He then threw light on the fact that instant food mixes and pastes were new totally concept for many people few years back and these products took many by surprise. This made Mambalam Iyer’s to become a great success. He also spoke about how their products satisfy their customers to a great extent. For any product to make a mark or succeed quality is very important. The products belonging to this Mambalam Iyer’s are simply superb and have high quality. There is no compromise on the quality of any product. This was confirmed by Mr. Anandhakrishnan. He later explained about the quality checks of his products at different stages and how the products are produced and packaged by automated packaging machines. Testing of the products is carried out in their own labs plus in the government approved labs also.
Choosing the right time is very essential for opening any new store and this new Mambalam Iyer’s store is launched at the right time now. In the last ten years huge impact has been created by Mambalam Iyer’s by supplying their products to various stores.
